We Love Bury St Edmunds!

I had a brilliant walk today.

Vinery Road across the Butts or water meadows to Cullum Road all new territory. Along out Westgate street for a bit. Back on myself to Hospital Road to see if St Peter’s was open. Back on myself along Westgate Street.

Down Friars Lane again new territory to Saxon Wood nature reserve to Rockingham Road. Along Southgate Street through St Marys Square. Round to Maynewater Lane.

Back to St Marys Square up Raingate Street. Through St Marys churchyard up Crown Street .

Lunch in the Dog and Partridge. Down Honey Hill. Past the Magistrates Court , past the back of St James school.

To the A14 footbridge towards Moreton Hall. Then back on myself for a lovely wander in the Abbey Gardens. To exit near the Rose Gardens.

Then into the Cathedral to add my brick to the Lego Cathedral. Up Abbeygate Street & High Baxter street, down St John’s Street to the library.
